Hi again! Yes, the title of this post says it all...Changes are coming to Nature's Elements, but hopefully they are all good ones.
First of all, after several months of working with Booker for online scheduling, gift certificates, and payment processing, I have found that their package is a bit too much for us. They are really geared for large spas with multiple employees and services. So, I have searched and found what I hope will be a very good match for us. It is called MassageBook.com and it is very simple, but comprehensive. So, I have changed the buttons and links. You may need to fill out your info again, but it is very easy. This will give us online scheduling, online pre-payment if you choose, online gift certificates, email, newsletters, and optimized internet search engine visibility. You will be able to schedule yourself, or we can still do it for you. The one thing we have temporarily lost is mobile device optimization. So you may need to schedule from a computer for now. But we are assured that they are working on an app for all of that. This is a very new service and we got in on the ground floor, so to speak. The fact that it is called "Massagebook.com" also implies that this service is geared for us as massage therapists. Thanks for bearing with us through these changes.
Next, I am planning to try to get a newsletter out for you on a regular basis (since it is included in the new program). So, we will have a form for you to fill out on your next visit so we can gather information. You can always opt out, but I hope you won't. This will be a great way to stay in communication with you.
Also, as you know from my last post, we are offering a workshop for you and a partner to learn a little massage. If you missed the blog post, check it out. Its describes a little about the class. I am doing this on a trial basis. I hope it works out!
